The traditions of yoga offer powerful tools to enhance our innate ability to grow and to heal. My classes are grounded in mindful practice, breath, and postures sequenced to cultivate balance and resilience. I am interested in how embodied practices of self-care enhance our whole lives, personally, and within the broadest social contexts. Classes are accessible to students at all levels.
